❓ Frequently Asked Questions

What does UTC mean?
UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) is the universal time standard. All time zones are expressed as offsets from UTC — e.g., London in winter is UTC+0, New York is UTC-5. The scheduler shows meeting times in UTC so there's no ambiguity, alongside each person's local time when you click a slot.
What if there are no overlapping hours?
The scheduler will show a red message. Try widening working hours for some team members, or consider async communication for the non-overlapping time zones.
Can I add more than 3 people?
Yes — tap "Add Team Member" to add up to 6 people. The overlap calculation automatically adjusts.
Does it account for daylight saving time?
The scheduler uses fixed UTC offsets, which don't automatically shift for DST. If your region is currently observing summer time, select the appropriate UTC offset (e.g., select UTC+1 for London in summer rather than UTC+0).
Is my data saved?
No — everything runs in your browser. Refresh the page and it resets.
