Yes — add a separate journey for each leg. You can assign different drivers and different passengers for each leg, which is common on longer trips.
In Standard mode, mark individuals as part of a couple. Accommodation costs are split per person — if two people share a room they each still pay their equal share of the group total.
Uncheck that person from the expense's "Who participated?" list. Only the people who were ticked will share that cost, leaving others unaffected.
Yes — the calculator uses your numbers as-is. Just enter all amounts in the same currency and the splits will be accurate regardless of which currency you use.
